Refund and Returns Policy
At Auto Parts Bank, we strive to provide high-quality parts and a transparent shopping experience. To ensure a fair process for both parties, please review our policy before completing your purchase.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: Customers must record a clear, continuous video starting from the unopened parcel through the entire opening process. This video serves as valid evidence for claims of damage or missing items.
- Pre-Installation Check: Products must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Once a part has been installed, modified, or used, it is no longer eligible for return or replacement.
- Condition of Item: Returned items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- Electrical Parts: Electrical components must be “unburned” and returned in their original sealed packaging.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims made after 24 hours or without a supporting unboxing video will be automatically declined.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Items that have been installed or disassembled.
- Electrical components once the original seal/packaging is broken.
- Parts damaged due to improper handling or amateur installation.
- Items sold under “Clearance” or “Flash Sale” promotions.
4. Return Process
To initiate a request:
- Contact our support team with your Order Number.
- Provide the Mandatory Unboxing Video and clear photos of the item/packaging.
- Once verified, our team will provide instructions for the return shipment.
5. Shipping Costs & Refunds
- Shipping Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item).
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed after the item passes our technical inspection. Refunds can be issued via the original payment method.
